ADVERTISED RATES ARE FOR THE ENTIRE PROPERTY - NOT PER PERSON. 

Reservations of 14 nights minimum duration accepted during Christmas and New Year period (14 December - 8 January); and Easter.  If, due to existing bookings, we have shorter gaps available, Shorter Stays will be accepted - please contact us to confirm availability.

All reservations are subject to mandatory 12% Sales and Tourist Tax. 

Advertised GB£ rates include 12% tax; US$ rates will show tax separately.

All stays will incur a cleaning & preparation charge.

Your stay can start and end on any day of the week - allowing you to make the most of less expensive flights!

Rental Notes:

• Baby Equipment provided free of charge, this includes: Cot / Pack 'n' Play / Child's stroller / Highchair / Baby Gates also available if required;

• If you just want to make an inquiry, please use this form https://www.sunbreeze-at-watersong.com/enquiries.  Please let us know if your dates are flexible, we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Available dates are confirmed with an automatic email inviting you to confirm your booking and make the booking deposit payment.   Once your booking deposit has been received your dates are secured and you will receive automatic confirmation through our website.

• Payments are accepted in GB£ and US$;

• Please try the 'Book Now' facility found on most pages of our website to see the total cost of your stay dates, this does not bind you to a booking.   For a US$ quote please use the Enquiry Form;

• We accept the Booking Deposit payment by Credit card there is a small set up fee incurred, and Bank Transfer which is fee free.

• Due to high fees incurred, the Balance Payment is accepted only by bank transfer.  Should you prefer to pay by credit card please let us know so that we can update you on the latest fees applicable;

• Easter, Christmas, New Year:  Bookings of 14 nights only accepted - however shorter stays may be accepted if dates are available due to existing bookings - please contact us;

• Bookings of 21+ nights will be given a discount on our advertised weekly rates. 

• We welcome Snowbirds and Longer Term Stays.  Please use the Enquiries Form  with your preferred dates.  We will be delighted to provide you with a quote, stays of 28 nights and more will be quoted a monthly rate.

Rates and Deposits

• GB£ and US$ rates are subject to 12% Sales & Tourist Tax; all quotes will include the mandatory tax.

• The Booking Deposit of £400/$500 is non-refundable.  Payment is required at time of booking to secure your dates; this is taken off the total stay cost leaving a balance.  The remaining balance payment falls due 10 weeks prior to commencement of your stay;

• Accidental Damage Waiver is required to cover any accidents during your stay.  This one-off payment is due with the final balance 10 weeks prior to commencement of your stay.   We do not require any further Damage/Security Deposit to be paid, just the waiver.

• Late Notice Reservations and Late Availability Stays are welcome, subject to availability.  Minimum stay 7 nights although shorter stays may be accepted if the dates are available due to a gap between existing bookings - please inquire.

• Bookings of 28 nights and over:  Monthly rates will be applied.

• All reservations will be charged for cleaning & preparation.

• Any Long stay bookings will be charged an end of stay cleaning & preparation charge appropriate to length of stay.

Pool & Spa Heat

The South-facing pool/spa are heated by natural gas, which is a very efficient way of heating and maintaining the water temperature. 

Pool/spa heat is recommended from October to May, although the pool and spa can be heated any time throughout the year. 

Pool/Spa heat can be added to your booking at anytime before arrival.  To ensure no further fees are incurred add the Pool Heat option when completing your booking request as there will be a turn on charge imposed by the management company should you decide you want the pool heated after check-in.
